Having worked in childcare for over 20 years, Colleen saw first hand the pressures that Centre Managers and childcare Educators were under, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Starting Infinity and Beyond Childcare Solutions as an answer to this, Colleen helps fill the gap when centres and in-home facilities are short-staffed by finding the right Educator for open roles. Lacking the skills to design a website herself, Colleen reached out to Empire Virtual Support during a period of rapid business growth to create a brand-new website with increased functionality and an enhanced look.

A website that lacked inspiration

Like many small business owners, Colleen started her own simple website to establish an online presence when she founded her business. However, as her business grew she realised that her website was quite basic and wanted something more inline with her business vision, with added functionalities and sophistication as business scope increased.

Need for simplified website management

Our website designer created Colleen’s website with her needs in mind, keeping the back-end simple and easy to manage. When the website was ready for handover, Colleen met online with the designer to go over all aspects of website management, with the session recorded so Colleen can refer back to it when needed. The Empire team has also remained on-hand for any questions Colleen has both now and in the future.

Increased business

As a result of the newly designed website, Colleen has had a substantial increase in inquiries, with many prospects contacting her directly through the website. Feedback from existing clients, Educators and centres has been exceptionally positive and Colleen is thrilled with her new branding and online image.

No longer struggling with how to update her website herself, Colleen now feels equipped to manage the day-to-day running of her website, including accessing the back-end for updates and processing inquiries through the website.
